Bit By Bit Computer Camp collects personal information under the authority of The University of Western Ontario Act, 1982, as amended, and uses it to process your registration, administer and operate our programs and services, provide you with specific camp information, inform you about changes to camp sessions in which you are registered, and identify and contact guardians or emergency contacts in the event of an emergency or other incident. Medical information such as diagnoses or conditions may be collected for those enrolled in camp sessions so that staff can respond appropriately in the event of an emergency. In addition, your contact information may be used to inform you about future programs and services offered by Bit By Bit Computer Camp. If you do not wish to receive information about future programs and services, contact bitbybit@uwo.ca.

Please note that no information about you, including your email address, will be disclosed to external third-party organizations without your consent. Your name and contact information can be removed from our database at any time by contacting the Department of Computer Science by telephone, fax, email, or by regular mail.
